Nurse Performance is something that very important in order to achieve the objectives Hospital because nurses are the frontline in service to clients in the hospital, so keep in mind the factors that influence it. The purpose of this study was to know the picture and the influence of remuneration and commitment and its impact on the Performance of Nurses in RS TNI AD Tk. IV Guntur Garut. This research uses quantitative approach by taking all sample of research as many as 49 nurses RS TNI AD Tk. IV Guntur Garut. In the process of data collection is done by interviewing and distributing quaetionnaires to all nurses. Data processing and analysis used structural equational modelling using AMOS 22 software. The result of this research is that the remuneration system on commitment shows a significance value of 0.022 (a = 0.05). The reason for performance offers a significance value of 0.001 (a=0.05). Meanwhile, the remuneration system has no significant effect on performance, with a significance value of 0.487. In conclusion, the remuneration system has a significant influence on commitment. Commitment has a significant impact on the performance of nurses in RS TNI AD TK IV Guntur Garut so that the remuneration system can affect commitment
