Environmental health is essential for improving public well-being, especially in rural areas with limited sanitation and waste services. This study analyzes the influence of community behavior, government regulation, and waste management on environmental health in Jayakerta Subdistrict, Karawang Regency. A quantitative method was used with path analysis, involving 192 respondents from three selected villages. The results show that community behavior has a significant direct effect on environmental health. In contrast, government regulation and waste management do not have a direct impact but contribute indirectly as mediators. These findings support the use of the Theory of Planned Behavior, Social Cognitive Theory, and Accountability and Motivation Theory. In practice, the study highlights the need for better education, stronger institutional coordination, and improved waste management facilities. The research fills a gap in the literature by exploring the combined influence of behavior, policy, and infrastructure in a rural setting.
