Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Di Santosa Hospital Bandung

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, komitmen organisasi, dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja perawat di Santosa Hospital Bandung. Motivasi intrinsik, yang didasarkan pada kepuasan dan minat pribadi dalam pekerjaan, komitmen organisasi yang mencakup loyalitas dan keterlibatan terhadap institusi, serta pelatihan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat, dipelajari sebagai variabel independen. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik, komitmen organisasi, dan pelatihan secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat di Santosa Hospital Bandung. Motivasi intrinsik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan koefisien jalur 0.668 (p < 0.05), komitmen organisasi dengan koefisien jalur 0.519 (p < 0.05), dan pelatihan dengan koefisien jalur 0.479 (p < 0.05). Analisis jalur juga menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, motivasi intrinsik, komitmen organisasi, dan pelatihan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja perawat di rumah sakit ini. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya memperhatikan dan meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik, komitmen organisasi, dan pelatihan dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat dan memastikan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas di Santosa Hospital Bandung. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor tambahan dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian yang lebih luas untuk mendalami dinamika hubungan antara variabel-variabel ini dalam konteks yang lebih luas dan beragam.
