PENGARUH CITRA PUSKESMAS DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN VAKSINASI COVID19 TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN

Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain test results and studies that are able to answer whether the image of the Puskesmas and service quality affect patient satisfaction at the Puskesmas Se-Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Sampling using the simple random sampling method and the total sample was 130 patients who received Covid 19 vaccine services at the Puskesmas Se-Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to research subjects who met the criteria. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out by analyzing structural equations (SEM). The test results show that there is a positive and significant effect of puskesmas image on satisfaction. Likewise, service quality has a positive influence on patient satisfaction
