PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, FASILITAS DAN ATMOSFER PUSKESMAS TERHADAP KEPERCAYAAN PASIEN DI PUSKESMAS KECAMATAN KIARA CONDONG

Puskesmas as a first-level health care facility and public service unit must always improve the quality of service. This underlies the puskesmas policy as a Regional Public Service Agency which makes the puskesmas a health service provider organization on a business trust basis to increase the coverage of community services provided by health services. Patient trust is very important and must always be built because it is an asset in realizing the vision and mission of the puskesmas so that the puskesmas must continue to make improvements in the services provided which consist of several aspects such as service quality, puskesmas facilities and puskesmas atmosphere. The research method used is a quantitative method using descriptive analysis and verification analysis through path analysis. This study aims to test and analyze the relationship between service quality variables, puskesmas facilities and puskesmas atmosphere and their influence on patient trust in all puskesmas in Kiara Condong District, Bandung City. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be seen that the variables of service quality, facilities and atmosphere of the health center have a significant effect on patient trust.
