GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PERAWAT

This research aims to explain the influence of transformational leadership, work motivation, and training on nurse performance. The research was conducted at RSU Kasih Bunda Cimahi by taking a sample of 146 respondents. The research method used uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques use questionnaire research instruments, interviews and observation. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, path analysis and data verification. The results of the research are: 1) there is an influence of transformational leadership on nurse performance 2) there is an influence of work motivation on nurse performance 3) there is an influence of job training on nurse performance 4) simultaneously there is an influence of transformational leadership, work motivation and job training on nurse performance. The job training variable has the highest influence on nurse performance, followed by the work motivation variable and the leadership variable
