This study examined the impact of work environment, work discipline and remuneration on the performance of employees at Angga Jaya Rice Mill, Anjatan, Indramayu District. The investigation was prompted by concerns about declining employee performance, as reflected in fluctuations in attendance records and monthly productivity levels. The study adopted a quantitative research methodology designed by Lenovo. The respondents included all 90 regular employees of the company. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire, which was tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that work environment, discipline and remuneration had significant positive effects on both individual and collective employee performance. These results highlight the importance of effective management in fostering a supportive workplace, enforcing consistent discipline, and providing fair compensation to enhance overall employee productivity.
