Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of quality culture, internal audit, and clinic accreditation on employee performance at Mahesa Medical Center Clinic in Garut. The research problem is based on declining employee performance, which affects service quality and patient visits. A quantitative survey method was employed, using a structured questionnaire distributed to 37 clinic employees. The findings reveal that quality culture, internal audit, and clinic accreditation each contribute to improving employee performance, both individually and collectively. A strong quality culture and effective internal audits foster discipline and professionalism, while accreditation ensures service alignment with national standards. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing workplace culture, maintaining consistent audit practices, and comprehensively understanding accreditation to drive continuous service quality improvements
