Pengaruh Kelengkapan Produk, Pelayanan dan Promosi terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Apotek As Siddiq di Garut

This study aims to examine the extent to which product completeness, service quality, and promotional strategies affect consumer loyalty at As Siddiq Pharmacy in Garut. A well-stocked product assortment is believed to enhance consumer interest and influence purchasing decisions. High-quality service plays a crucial role in fostering customer satisfaction and maintaining loyalty, while effective promotional efforts contribute to brand awareness and encourage purchase behavior. The research adopts a quantitative approach using purposive sampling, involving 96 respondents as the sample. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The findings reveal that product completeness (X1), service (X2), and promotion (X3) each have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.869, indicating that 86.9% of the variation in consumer loyalty can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 13.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
