Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of leadership support, organizational culture, and employee welfare on job satisfaction among employees at the Rancaekek District, Bandung Regency, which faces a disparity between the large population served and the limited number of available staff. Utilizing a quantitative approach with path analysis, the study involved 43 employees as respondents through the distribution of questionnaires to measure perceptions of the variables under investigation. The results indicate that leadership support, organizational culture, and employee welfare have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction, which is generally at a satisfactory level within the Rancaekek District.
