Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a condition that requires monitoring of patients' body weight and fluid balance. This research aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based health monitoring system for kidney failure patients. The system uses HTTP protocol to connect an ESP32-based IoT scale device with a web application that allows patients to access data in real-time. System testing was conducted using two methods: HTTP performance analysis using Quality of Service (QoS) parameters and interviews with respondents to evaluate user satisfaction. QoS testing results showed a throughput value of 35.12 kbits/s, 0% packet loss, 91.71 ms delay, and 92.02 ms jitter. Meanwhile, interviews with 7 respondents indicated that the system is easy to use and meets the needs of CKD patients. This research demonstrates that the Smart Weight Monitoring system can serve as an alternative to improve health monitoring for CKD patients.
